Accountabilities:
The Senior Writer will be responsible for producing original, well-researched editorial content focused on US politics, government,



elections, and current affairs. This role requires strong storytelling skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to transform complex topics into accessible and engaging articles.
Research and write timely stories covering US politics, national news, public policy, and major current events.
Produce a variety of editorial formats, including news reports, explainers, analysis pieces, and commentary.
Monitor political developments, identify relevant story angles, and gather information from reliable sources such as official statements, public records, interviews, and established reporting.
Conduct thorough fact-checking to ensure accuracy, credibility, and editorial integrity.
Select and recommend appropriate visual assets, including images, videos, thumbnails, and supporting media elements.
