Job Summary

As a Unit Manager, you will recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of Financial Advisors while driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Financial Advisors.

Drive sales growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.

Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.

Coach and mentor advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Build long-term customer relationships by offering suitable financial protection and wealth solutions.

Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and business development activities.

Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.





Contribute to branch growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
