Job Title: UK Payroll Specialist

Experience: 2 -4 Years

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented UK Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for UK-based clients/employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in line with UK payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process end-to-end UK payroll on a weekly/monthly basis
- Handle payroll inputs including new joiners, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions
- Calculate and process statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.)
- Ensure accurate calculation of PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions
- Manage RTI (Real Time Information) submissions to HMRC
- Handle auto-enrolment pension compliance
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees/clients
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and company policies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Liaise with HR,



Finance, and external stakeholders as required

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in UK Payroll processing
- Good knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC regulations, and statutory compliance
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., Sage, Xero, IRIS, or similar)
- Robust understanding of PAYE, NI, pensions, and auto-enrolment
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field
- Certification in UK Payroll (CIPP or equivalent) is a plus
