The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into clear, functional designs
- In depth understanding of UX audits utilizing the 10 key heuristics and the ability to evaluate design on each oneSolid experience in Creating wireframe and mock-ups, prototypes and graphic design elements (icons, illustrations, layouts) aligned

- Strong proficiency in motion graphics and interaction design, with the ability to create engaging micro-interactions, animations, and dynamic UI transitions that enhance user experience

- Maintain design systems, style guides,



and component libraries for consistency across platforms

- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards as WCAG and GIGW guildlines

Required Skills & Tools

- Strong understanding of UI Principles and strong knowledge of design theory, especially principles of logo, graphic/ UI design and usability

- Create and manage design assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), and other industry-standard tools

- Deep experience in Figma, including components auto-layouts, prototyping, and developer handoff

- Solid experience working with and maintaining design systems at scale
- A keen aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for crafting visually appealing designs to high levels Robust interpersonal and communication skills

- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), CSS and HTML, JavaScript skills

Education and Certification- Bachelor's degree with specialization in Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Psychology or Multimedia, etc.

- Good to have Certification in Design Thinking.
