UA Manager

We’re seeking a User Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive scalable global growth for our consumer app. You’ll own end-to-end UA—from strategy to execution and optimization—using data, experimentation, and performance insights to acquire high-quality users efficiently across multiple paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

- Define and execute UA strategies to hit activation, retention, and ROI goals.
- Own budgets, forecasts, and key KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Identify new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities.

Campaign Execution

- Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, and programmatic.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and store assets.

Data & Optimization

- Track daily performance and optimize for scale and efficiency.
- Analyze full-funnel KPIs from impression to revenue.
- Partner with analytics/product to improve LTV and CAC.

Creative Collaboration

- Collaborate with designers/agencies on high-performing creatives.
- Develop data-driven creative briefs and refresh cycles.

Cross-Functional & Partner Management

- Ensure accurate tracking (MMPs, Firebase, SKAN).
- Align with regional teams, agencies, and vendors for scale.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on UA or performance marketing experience for a consumer app.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, MMPs,



and campaign optimization.
- Ability to manage sizable budgets and justify ROI with structured reporting.
- Experience working with user behavior, culture, and digital habits.
