Role Description The Tutor Acquisition Associate internship role at Grittytech is an on-site position based in Hyderabad. The associate will identify and source potential tutors across various domains, manage outreach campaigns, and maintain databases of tutor profiles.

Daily tasks include screening applications, coordinating interviews, assisting in onboarding processes, and supporting compliance with internal quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with academic and operations teams to understand subject requirements, prepare role descriptions for tutors,



and help optimize tutor allocation based on learner needs. Interns are expected to contribute to process improvement, provide regular reporting on acquisition metrics, and support marketing or community initiatives related to tutor recruitment.
