? Designation: Banking & Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage corporate banking relationships and treasury operations
- Oversee cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital optimization
- Handle FX exposure, hedging activities, and treasury compliance
- Manage corporate insurance programs, policy renewals, and claims
- Lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payments
- Prepare financial schedules and ensure compliance with Ind AS, SOX/IFC controls, and audit requirements
- Drive finance digitization, automation, and ERP (SAP preferred) initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of 13–15 members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

4-7 years of relevant experience in Banking, Treasury, Finance Operations, and P2P

Solid knowledge of treasury management, cash flow, FX & hedging, and regulatory compliance

Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems

Proven experience managing teams of 10+ members

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
