Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Travel Sales Executive for our Jaipur office. The role involves handling customer inquiries through calls and WhatsApp, understanding travel requirements, recommending suitable travel packages, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and package details clearly.
- Prepare and share travel quotations and itineraries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills with good command of Hindi.




- Strong communication, convincing, and customer handling skills.
- Confident and professional communication over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Prior experience in travel sales, telesales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Salary and Perks

- Salary: INR 8,000 to INR 12,000 per month.
