Key Responsibilities :

1. Fixed-Departure Sales

• Drive enquiries and bookings for scheduled group journeys, expeditions and fixed departures.
- Develop a strong understanding of each departure's route, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, availability,

suitability and key differentiators.
- Guide guests towards the right departure by understanding their interests, travel style, expectations,

budget and practical requirements.
- Build urgency and momentum to fill departures while protecting pricing, margins and the integrity of the guest promise.

1. FIT and Customized Travel Sales

• Qualify FIT enquiries by understanding the traveler’s purpose, preferred pace, interests, budget, destination priorities and service expectations.
- Work with product and operations teams to develop personalized itineraries, proposals and quotations that are attractive, feasible and commercially sound.
- Present the itinerary clearly, explain the value of the experience, address objections and offer relevant alternatives where required.
- Negotiate and close within approved pricing and discount guidelines, while protecting profitability.

1. End-to-End Lead Ownership

• Respond to new enquiries promptly and maintain a disciplined, well-timed follow-up process until closure or a clearly recorded loss reason.
- Conduct consultation calls, virtual meetings and in-person discussions with prospective guests and families.
- Maintain accurate CRM records covering lead source, qualification, stage, next action, expected closure, quotation status and payment position.
- Own the booking journey through confirmation, advance and balance-payment follow-up, then complete a detailed and accurate handover to operations.

1. Coordination, Guest Experience and Reporting

• Coordinate with product, operations, ticketing and vendors to validate availability, costing,

special requests and delivery feasibility before making commitments.

- Prepare regular pipeline, revenue, conversion, collections and lost-lead updates, highlighting risks and corrective actions early.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on sales experience in outbound travel, international tourism or a closely related premium travel business.
- Demonstrated experience selling both fixed departures/group tours and bespoke FIT or customized holidays.

Experience:

- Strong understanding of international destinations and the ability to learn and confidently sell new products quickly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and objection-handling skills, with strong spoken and written English.
- Comfortable building proposals and itineraries, explaining pricing and selling experiences rather than only flights and hotels.
- Experience using a CRM or lead-management system; familiarity with Zoho, quotation tools and

Google Workspace/Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Target-oriented, organized and proactive, with the maturity to manage multiple high-value enquiries without losing attention to detail.
