Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Massive Holiday is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Travel Consultant will advise clients on domestic and international travel options, design customized itineraries, and recommend suitable tour packages aligned with client preferences and budgets.

Daily responsibilities include handling travel inquiries, managing bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, and tours, and coordinating travel arrangements with internal and external partners.

The Travel

Consultant will provide responsive customer service before, during, and after travel, resolve issues,



and ensure clients have accurate documentation and information. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, suppliers, promotions, and travel regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of travel offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting skills, including understanding of tour packages and the ability to recommend suitable itineraries.
- Candidates should possess Travel Management skills to coordinate end-to-end trips and oversee logistics efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Travel Arrangements skills to organize flights, accommodation, transfers, and activities accurately.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to engage with travelers professionally, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Candidates should possess Reservations skills, including using booking systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a rapid-paced, client-focused workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with travel booking platforms; prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial.
