Purpose of the Role To plan, manage, and oversee the safe and efficient transport operations of the school, ensuring punctual, reliable, and secure transportation for students and staff while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and school policies.

Key Responsibilities

Transport Operations

- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily school bus routes and transport services.
- Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of students and staff.
- Maintain contingency plans for route changes, delays, and emergencies.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure all vehicles meet safety, maintenance, and inspection requirements.
- Implement and monitor compliance with RTA and other local transport regulations.
- Conduct regular driver training sessions on student safety, first aid, and road discipline.

Resource & Vendor Management

- Oversee hiring, training,



and performance of drivers, conductors, and support staff.
- Coordinate with external vendors for vehicle leasing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Manage fuel usage, budgets, and contracts related to transportation.

Monitoring & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of routes, attendance, and vehicle documentation.
- Report transport incidents, delays, and safety concerns to school leadership.
- Provide regular updates on fleet status, costs, and efficiency improvements.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
