Direct Tax – Transfer Pricing

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing skilled to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking analyses, assisting in assessments and litigation matters, and ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations. The role offers exposure to a wide range of domestic and international transfer pricing assignments across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local File, Master File, and supporting reports.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses using databases such as Capitaline, Prowess, Ace TP, and other relevant sources.
- Perform FAR (Functions, Assets, and Risks) analysis for various international and specified domestic transactions.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing Form 3CEB and other transfer pricing compliance requirements.
- Support transfer pricing assessments, audits, and litigation matters before tax authorities.




- Assist in drafting submissions, responses to notices, and appeal documents.
- Analyze intercompany transactions and determine Arm's Length Price (ALP) using appropriate transfer pricing methods.
- Research transfer pricing regulations, judicial precedents, OECD Guidelines, and BEPS developments.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain financial and operational information required for TP studies.
- Assist in APA, MAP, and other dispute resolution matters, where applicable.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / Master's in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, or Direct Tax.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing.
