Job Requirements Job Details Organize, coordinate, and deliver structured technical training programmes for new trainees, lateral hires, apprentices, and employees across jewellery manufacturing processes.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business stakeholders and develop training plans aligned with organizational capability requirements.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, competency evaluations, and business impact, and recommend continuous improvements.
Identify, develop, and implement new training programmes to address emerging business requirements, new technologies, process improvements, and skill gaps.
Manage talent acquisition support programmes by coordinating trainee recruitment, skill assessments, interviews, onboarding, induction, structured learning journeys, and deployment readiness.
Capture, maintain, and analyse training data, competency records, certification status, and learning progress through a centralized knowledge repository and training database.
Coordinate Tool Engineering Centre (TEC) activities, including tool development support, documentation, user training, deployment coordination, and capability-building initiatives related to manufacturing tools and equipment.
Support tool sales activities by coordinating customer requirements, demonstrations, quotations, documentation, training, and after-sales technical support for both internal and external customers.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement, developing capability-building solutions,
and participating in cross-functional improvement projects.
Develop and maintain training content, presentations, workbooks, practical exercises, assessments, certification criteria, and learning resources in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external partners.
Prepare and publish periodic MIS reports, DWM meeting, learning dashboards, training analytics, competency reports, and management presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
Foster a positive learning workplace by motivating trainees, providing coaching and counselling when required, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, safety requirements, governance guidelines during all learning interventions.

· Any UG/PG in Engineering or Jewelry related discipline
· Experience in T&D; is preferable.
· CAD knowledge (Rhino Preferable)
