- Organize and participate in outreach activities to raise awareness about the importance of quant training.
- Proven experience in teaching or training in quantitative methods.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in training and development is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
