- Manage Training Managers, Instructional Designers, and Enablement Leads
- Integrate AI-enabled training, simulation-based learning, and digital adoption tools.
Skill Set
- 14+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Learning & Development.
- Experience leading training for large-scale content moderation or risk operations environments
- Experience managing global BPO/vendor training ecosystems Familiarity with AI-assisted moderation and automation frameworks
