We are looking for passionate individuals who can train our restaurant teams on service standards, guest interaction, communication, behaviour, grooming, SOPs, and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct induction and refresher training for restaurant staff.
- Train employees on service etiquette and guest handling.
- Improve communication, behaviour, grooming and hospitality standards.
- Ensure SOP implementation across all outlets.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to identify training needs.
- Develop training materials and maintain training records.
- Support continuous learning and employee development.

ELIGIBILITY
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM/DHM)
- Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for training and people development.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS ✔ Fluency in Hindi (Speaking is Mandatory)





✔ Valid Two Wheeler Driving Licence

✔ Willing to travel across Bengaluru outlets

✔ Positive attitude and leadership skills
