Job Description

Rockwell is seeking a Power BI–focused BI Analyst to join an agile team
responsible for delivering scalable, enterprise-grade analytics solutions. This
role will primarily focus on designing, developing, and supporting Power BI
dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions to enable data-driven
decision-making across global stakeholders.





You will be reporting to TEAM LEAD - BI & DATA ANALYTICS.

Position Summary:

The BI Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end Power BI solution development,
including data modelling, report design, performance optimization, and
governance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, data
analytics, and SQL-based data sources, along with the ability to translate
business requirements into actionable insights.

This role requires a data-first mindset and solid analytical skills.
Additionally, it demands hands-on experience in building scalable BI solutions
leveraging Power BI, Power Query, and enterprise data platforms (Azure SQL /
SharePoint / Dataverse).
