Manage a portfolio of 3–5 strategic, high-value manufacturing accounts with P&L; accountability for retention and growth.
Build and maintain robust relationships with CXOs, Transformation Heads, and senior decision-makers.
Develop multi-year strategic account growth plans to expand business across new plants, divisions, and use cases.
Identify and drive revenue expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
Lead quarterly executive business reviews with key customers.
Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Migration teams to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
Understand customers' transformation agendas and position solutions across their manufacturing footprint.
Monitor account health and proactively identify churn risks and competitor activities.
Drive customer retention, renewals, and long-term account growth.
Maintain strong executive relationships and act as a strategic advisor to key clients.

Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS.
At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Account Management.




Strong and proven experience in the manufacturing sector is mandatory.
Proven track record of managing/generating USD 10M+ SaaS revenue in the manufacturing vertical.
Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing CXO and Transformation Head-level stakeholders.
Strong expertise in enterprise account management, client retention, and revenue expansion.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Ability to create and execute multi-year strategic account plans.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders.
B.Tech qualification preferred; MBA in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong reliability, ownership, and ability to build long-term customer trust.
