Role Overview: Project & ODC Operations
In this role, you will act as a critical link between customers, carriers/transporters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of Project Cargo and Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC) movements. The position requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and operational ownership in high-stakes logistics environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of Project & ODC shipments, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
Coordinate closely with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for operational alignment.
Drive execution against defined timelines,



milestones, and project plans.
Act as the first point of contact for operational risks, delays, and service issues.
Identify and proactively resolve customer pain points to minimize disruptions.
Align customer requirements with Maersk’s Logistics & Services (L&S;) solutions.
Adherence to MPL’s QHSE guidelines.
Identify system/process gaps and initiate continuous improvement actions.
Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.
Ensure timely completion of customer invoicing and vendor payments in line with defined TAT.
