The Investigator Payments Lead will manage critical payment processes across the full study lifecycle, from setup through closeout.

Accountabilities:




The Investigator Payments Lead will oversee end-to-end clinical site payment administration, ensuring payment processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with contractual requirements. The role involves managing systems, vendors, stakeholders, and operational improvements to support successful clinical trial delivery.
Manage the complete lifecycle of clinical site payment administration, including protocol schedules, per-subject costs, payment triggers, database setup, startup payments, visit-based payments, and invoiceable items.
Plan and coordinate key activities to ensure payment systems are configured correctly and milestone payments are delivered on schedule.
Review EDC design and data collection processes to ensure accurate mapping between study activities, budgets, and payment triggers.
Troubleshoot payment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize delays in site reimbursements.
