Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
Generate business insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Performance Management:

Track business performance metrics, KPIs, and conduct variance analysis.
Prepare and present business reviews, dashboards, and MIS reports to senior leadership.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend action plans to optimize business performance.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Lead the coordination of strategic projects across various functions (e.g., marketing, sales, operations).
Monitor progress against project timelines and ensure alignment with business goals.




Act as a key liaison between different departments to ensure seamless implementation of business initiatives.

Governance and Reporting:

Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure effective compliance and risk management.
Develop and implement reporting standards that provide transparent, actionable insights for senior management.
Regularly review and assess organizational processes to improve efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Business Development and Innovation:

Identify and assess new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
Support the development of business cases for new projects and investments.
Collaborate with innovation teams to drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions.
