Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Engineer 1 – Network Support to join our global technical support team in Bangalore. The role involves providing support for enterprise networking and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions, primarily based on ClearPass.
The engineer will support global customers through phone, email, and chat, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network connectivity, authentication, and access control.
This is a hybrid working role and an excellent opportunity to build solid expertise in enterprise networking and security technologies.
