What would you do? Role Summary The Capital Markets Operations Associate Vice President will be responsible for leading operations for one of the world s leading Private Markets Investment Firm, ensuring operational excellence,
solid risk and control governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. Provides strategic leadership across multiple fund administration workstreams or portfolios, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, client relationship management, and growth of the business.
What are we looking for? Experience • 12 to 15 years of overall experience, preferably in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Private Market Investment. • 6+ years of experience in managing large teams, client delivery, operations governance, process controls, and stakeholder engagement. • Prior experience in managing 30+ FTEs or multiple sub-processes across global delivery models will be preferred. Qualifications • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required. • CFA Charter holder / CFA Level II+ preferred for valuation, portfolio reporting, and investment-focused roles. • ICW
