In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support for our organization's identity management systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our identity management systems and assist in resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

We will count on you to:
Provide day-to-day operational support for identity management systems, including application onboarding, client onboarding and certificate renewals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and timely onboarding of applications, clients and certificate renewals.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity management systems, including onboarding related issues.
Monitor system logs and alerts to identify and address any potential security or operational issues.
