Your future role
Define, develop, manage & sustain AI models to meet project/customer needs, by supporting data science and AI activities to:

Collect, transform and explore data from disparate sources and combine them in a form suitable for model construction
Identify biases or flaws in datasets and ensure that the training/validation design reflects actual operational needs
Collaborate with domain experts to understand requirements, products specifics and data characteristics
Design, build, document and maintain AI/ML models focused on automation and enhancement of operational efficiency to support business needs using a variety of techniques and tools




Research recent methods to improve robustness, explainability and trustworthiness of AI/ML algorithms
Support showcasing of AI capabilities, convey complex ideas and illustrate findings to non-technical audiences through software prototypes, presentations, interactive dashboards, technical reports and consistent storytelling
Work with external partners to evaluate opportunities from new mathematical approaches and AI technologies
Provide support to software development teams for industrialization of AI solutions
Participate in conference and events and actively contribute to the AI community through publications and projects
Plan and execute AI training sessions

Number/complexity of models compliant with requirements designed and delivered (with relevant contributors) to the catcher entity
On Time Delivery (OTD)
