This role in MI Onboarding sits within the Client Lifecyle Management (CLM) group under the Global Corporate Investment Banking (GCIB) division in MUFG Bank Ltd, London branch. To deliver accurate, timely, and insightful MI to support onboarding oversight and decision-making.



The role ensures data integrity, maintains robust reporting and dashboards, and provides visibility on pipeline, performance, and risks. It drives efficiency through automation and process improvements, supports stakeholder requirements, and upholds governance, controls, and auditability, enabling effective monitoring and continuous enhancement of onboarding outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
• Produce and maintain regular MI reports covering onboarding pipeline, status tracking, SLAs, and key risk indicators.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other visual reporting tools.
• Support enhancements to dashboards to improve usability and insight delivery. • Maintain a centralized dataset of onboarding requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
