Accountabilities:




As a D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead functional consulting activities, support end-to-end implementations, and ensure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions meet business objectives.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to define effective CRM solutions.
Lead functional workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions with business teams.
Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions based on customer requirements.
Demonstrate robust expertise in the D365 CE Sales module and provide functional guidance across additional CE modules.
Work with technical consultants, developers, architects, and project managers to deliver successful implementations.
Create functional design documents, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
