Job Summary:
The Sr. Manager, SW Development Eng manages the activities of two or more sections or departments through robust tactical decision making while piloting unforeseen issues. Is a People Manager, involved in performance evaluations and pay increase recommendations.
Responsibilities
∙ Defines and implements processes and mechanisms to ensure predictable and quality deliverables across multiple scrum teams.
∙ Owns the customer and engineering KPIs for the team, while providing clarity on priorities and goals.
∙ Proactively resolves ambiguity in requirements and is strategic in recognizing risks and mitigating them.
Execution
∙ Plans and executes releases or projects.
∙ Maps business objectives to the team's deliverables.
