NAB's Domain Delivery Cycle requires architecture to be embedded early in the delivery chain — shaping and assessing the pipeline of Business Outcomes and Epics, preventing ill-formed work from entering the backlog, and ensuring solutions align with technology strategy and patterns.
Essential capabilities:
Deep technical knowledge and experience within the aligned security capability domain, enabling credible engagement with delivery teams, technology platforms, and vendor solutions — and the ability to function as the recognised subject matter expert on projects within the domain.
Ability to produce and maintain Domain Roadmaps that articulate the transition states, investment sequencing, and funded delivery plan required to realise the target state defined by the Enterprise Security Architect.
Ability to inform and shape the domain delivery slate — working with domain stakeholders, Product Owners, and GS leadership to prioritise delivery based on risk, cost, feasibility, capability effectiveness, an
