We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Modern Trade professional with 5–19 years of experience to manage and grow business across modern retail channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern trade sales, key account management, retail operations, trade marketing, and revenue growth.
This role will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with modern trade accounts, driving sales and distribution, improving product visibility, executing promotional plans, and achieving business targets. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the evolving retail landscape and the ability to build sustainable partnerships with large-format retailers, supermarket chains, hypermarkets, and other organized retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute Modern Trade sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
Manage relationships with key modern trade accounts and retail chains, ensuring strong partnerships and consistent business growth.
Drive sales, distribution, product availability, and visibility across assigned modern trade outlets.
Develop annual and periodic business plans for key accounts, including sales targets, assortment, promotions, and visibility initiatives.
Negotiate commercial terms, margins, promotional investments, listings, and business agreements with up-to-date trade partners.
Monitor primary and secondary sales, inventory levels, sell-through, and market performance to identify opportunities and risks.
Plan and execute trade promotions, in-store activations, product launches, displays, and merchandising initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management to ensure smooth execution.
