What would you do? • Lead strategic performance reporting for senior internal leadership and client stakeholders, delivering accurate, timely and insight-driven outputs that support oversight,
decision-making and business performance management. • Provide leadership oversight for governance activities by steering review forums, synthesizing operational insights, and proactively identifying performance trends, risks, dependencies and opportunities for continuous improvement across ATOM.
What are we looking for? • University degree or equivalent qualification. • Relevant experience in capital markets and the investment banking domain. • Strong understanding of SLA, KPI and KRI governance, measurement and reporting. • Experience working in management reporting, governance or analytics-oriented teams. • Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply prior experience effectively in a dynamic work workplace. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership of new
