Accountabilities:




The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining smooth daily IT operations while contributing to improvements that enhance productivity, security, and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
Manage and resolve IT support tickets within agreed service levels, acting as the first point of contact for technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, access, and account-related issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
Support Microsoft 365 environments, including user provisioning, password resets, permissions management, and application support.
Provide macOS support, including device setup, security configuration, software installation, and user assistance.
Escalate complex technical issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of user experience and resolution progress.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes by provisioning and deprovisioning accounts, devices, and applications securely and accurately.
Maintain IT asset inventories, software license
