Role Summary
An experienced 5G Packet Core Development Lead to lead the design and development of next-generation cloud-native 5G Core network functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 5G Packet Core architecture, microservices-based software development, cloud-native technologies, and distributed systems. The role involves leading a team of software engineers in delivering scalable, high-performance, carrier-grade network functions while driving engineering excellence and innovation.

Lead the architecture, design, and development of cloud-native 5G Packet Core network functions.
Drive end-to-end software development using microservices architecture and modern software engineering practices.
Lead technical discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Collaborate with system architects, product management, QA, DevOps, and integration teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Design highly scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Optimize packet processing performance, latency, and resource utilization.
