Accountabilities:
The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle,



from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful hires. This role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and locations.
Own a portfolio of open roles and manage recruitment activities from role intake through sourcing, interviews, offers, and hiring.
Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and proactive talent engagement strategies.
Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand requirements, define candidate profiles, and drive recruitment progress.
Manage candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment data accuracy and ensure effective use of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
