Accountabilities
Investigate customer-reported issues by reviewing support tickets, reproducing bugs, and documenting findings for engineering teams.
Design, develop,



and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases covering both core platform functionality and enterprise features.
Perform manual, exploratory, regression, and functional testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
Validate bug fixes before release and collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria and identify edge cases.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and test coverage.
Monitor quality metrics, analyze recurring issues, and recommend improvements to testing strategies and product quality.
Work across multiple environments to verify platform stability, functionality, and overall user experience.
Requirements
Professional experience in software quality assurance with expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Proven ability to analyze customer-reported issues, reproduce bugs, and create detailed, actionable bug reports.
