Accountabilities:
Partner with business leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and ensure teams have the right structure, capabilities, and support to achieve strategic objectives.




Manage key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, succession planning, and offboarding.
Support workforce planning and staffing initiatives to ensure teams are appropriately resourced with qualified talent.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives by creating a positive and motivating work environment.
Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulations.
Monitor employee and manager satisfaction with HR services and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Analyze HR metrics such as engagement, turnover, compensation budgets, and workforce efficiency to support data-informed decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver HR projects and initiatives in a distributed, international environment.
