About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Client Success Manager – Google Ads to manage a portfolio of strategic clients and drive long-term business growth through exceptional client relationship management and digital advertising expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Google Ads, a strong understanding of performance marketing, and the ability to translate business objectives into successful advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
Understand client business goals and develop strategic Google Ads roadmaps aligned with their growth objectives.
Conduct regular business reviews, performance presentations, and strategic planning sessions with stakeholders.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, conversions, CTR, and overall account performance.
Collaborate closely with PPC Specialists, Media Buyers, Designers, Content,
and Analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Monitor budgets, campaign health, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Resolve client escalations efficiently and maintain robust executive-level relationships.
Mentor junior Client Success Managers and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, AI-driven campaign solutions, automation, and industry trends.
Ensure timely onboarding, account reviews, renewals, and contract management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads
