The Video Editor & Content Creator role at DraperU India × Konu Proptech Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic, early-career position based in Hyderabad (on-site), designed for a creative and technically skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role spans two distinct brands—DraperU India, focused on entrepreneurial storytelling and community-driven content, and Konu, a PropTech platform delivering real-estate education and lead-generation video campaigns—requiring the ability to adapt editing style, tone, and format across diverse audiences and objectives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on editor with strong storytelling instincts, mastery of short-form content, and a deep understanding of platform-specific performance metrics. Beyond editing, the role involves contributing creative ideas, supporting shoots, maintaining organized workflows, and producing high-impact social and paid creatives. Success is measured by consistent delivery of engaging, on-brand content, improved audience retention, and measurable performance gains across platforms.





During the 3-month probation period, the stipend will be in the range of ₹10,000–₹15,000, depending on the candidate's interview performance and overall evaluation. Upon successful completion of the probation period, candidates may be offered a full time role with a CTC of ₹3 LPA or above, based on their performance.

Responsibilities:
Edit a wide range of content formats including Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, founder interviews, testimonials, event highlights, property walkthroughs, product explainers, brand videos, and social ads.
Craft compelling short-form videos with strong hooks (2–3 seconds), strategic pacing, jump cuts, pattern interrupts, B-roll, captions, SFX, music, zooms, and clear CTAs to maximize audience retention.
Optimize content for platform-specific requirements: aspect ratios, duration, pacing, hooks, captions, and CTAs across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Fac
