Role Responsibilities

As a Software Engineering Manager within the Risk and Compliance Operations Investigation Platform, you’ll
lead development of our next-generation Case Management platform. You'll lead a team building critical technology used by investigators and analysts to identify suspicious activity, meet regulatory obligations, and protect customers worldwide.
. You will also –
Grow, lead, and develop a high-performing team of software engineers at different levels of experience.
Drive engineering excellence, AI adoption, code quality, architecture reviews, and best practices.
Own hiring, performance management, career development, and employee engagement.
Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Lead end-to-end delivery through agile delivery model
Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
Design scalable and resilient microservices-based solutions.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Drive modernization initiatives and cloud adoption.




Define application architecture and technology roadmaps.
Promote emerging technologies like AI, ML, and digital assets as capabilities
Improve CI/CD, observability, automation, DevSecOps, and SRE practices.
Improve platform scalability, performance, resilience, and operational maturity.
Manage technical debt and system modernization activities.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Provide delivery transparency, risk management, and milestone tracking.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field preferred.
12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading and managing high-performing engineering teams (8–15+ engineers) across multiple Agile workstreams.
Robust expertise in Java (17/21), Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservice
