Major accountabilities:
Support in evolution and optimization of Planning Systems by partnering with Country, Regional, and Global Planning teams to translate business requirements into scalable system capabilities, drive process standardization,



and accelerate automation and digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with FP&A;, BPA, and IT stakeholders.
Help to enhance Planning Systems capabilities supporting product, P&L;, FTE, cash flow, and balance sheet planning processes, ensuring integrated forecasting, data consistency, and streamlined planning cycles across all levels of the organization. Support and manage budgeting and forecasting cycles for the assigned area, continuously improving efficiency through the adoption of digital solutions and AI-driven tools.
Drive system integration initiatives across global markets and foster increased adoption of planning tools and platforms. Analyse and map country-specific planning processes within SAP BPC, identify gaps, and streamline workflows to enhance standardization and effectiveness.
Provide ongoing support during planning cycles, including user query resolution and day-to-day assistance to business stakeholders.
