Accountabilities:




The Client Satisfaction Associate will provide responsive and reliable support to clients, candidates, and partners while ensuring accurate processing of requests and maintaining high service standards. The role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and support tickets while ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Provide customer service assistance to clients, candidates, and professional partners regarding account support, registration, and platform-related questions.
Support eligibility reviews, application processing, data entry, and registration activities.
Provide technical and administrative guidance for online systems, web-based applications, and user accounts.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and contribute to efficient support operations.
