EDUCATION • Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable • University degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.



• CERTIFICATONS • Certification in Workday or similar FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Solid Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience from within a complex, highly regulated, global setting • Proven expertise in one or more of the following platforms and relevant modules {Workday, Cornerstone SBX, Anaplan, Payroll, HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Security, Reporting, etc.) • Strong functional and technical skills in HR data management and HR processes • Proven project management capabilities • HRIS experience in financial services or commercial banking highly desirable • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with IT colleagues and non-technical customers to understand user needs to develop and configure technical processes and solution • Strong leadership, management and team building skills to effectively lead cross functional project teams • Thorough understanding of and experience with the system development life cycle (SDLC) • Profic
