Role Summary
Microsoft 365 supports NCR Voyix’s enterprise collaboration workplace by managing and optimizing key M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID. This role provides advanced technical support, ensures service reliability, contributes to projects, and drives user productivity through effective collaboration tools and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 services and resolve escalated issues.
• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, Teams policies, SharePoint sites,



and user access requests.
• Monitor platform health, perform routine maintenance, and ensure configuration compliance.
• Support implementation of security and compliance policies (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, retention).
• Participate in M365 projects, migrations, and feature rollouts.
• Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell and standard administrative tools.
• Work closely with IT Help Desk, Security, Network, and other crossfunctional teams.
• Document procedures, update runbooks, and conduct knowledgesharing sessions.
