The Change Management Lead - Manager role is a part of the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC),



Customer Facing Capabilities (CFC), CRM & Enablers team. The GTMC organization drives best-in-class capabilities and brings value and excellence in commercial operations. The GTMC organization is a key part of the modernization of Sanofi and allows all business operations efforts to be focused on Sanofi "Take the Lead" priorities across products, markets, and pipelines. It accomplishes these goals through realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision-making process.
