About the Role
You will be responsible for driving advertising revenue by managing strategic relationships with key advertisers and media agencies. You will work closely with brands to understand their business objectives and develop integrated digital advertising solutions across JioHotstar's premium entertainment ecosystem.
The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while growing existing client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive digital advertising revenue by managing a portfolio of advertisers and media agencies across key categories.
Develop consultative, insight-led sales pitches aligned to client marketing objectives.
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to commercial negotiations, campaign execution, and post-campaign reviews.
Collaborate with Brand Solutions, Revenue Strategy, Product, and Sales Operations teams to deliver impactful client solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and advertiser spending to identify growth opportunities.




Identify new business opportunities and onboard new advertisers to the JioHotstar’s ecosystem.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts while consistently achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
5–7 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Advertising Sales.
Experience working with digital platforms, OTT, publishers, agencies, adtech or media tech organizations.
Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including video, programmatic, branded content, sponsorships, and performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing advertisers and delivering revenue growth.
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to engage with senior marketing and agency stakeholders.
