About the Job
This role is designed for a visionary technical leader who can set long-term technical direction and act as a strategic force multiplier for engineering.
As a Principal Engineer, you will define technical strategy, solve complex distributed systems challenges, and guide senior engineering talent across the organization. You will collaborate with senior technology leaders, shape engineering standards, and influence the future of NAB’s platform and developer ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
• Define and own long-term technical vision, architecture, and roadmaps for key platform domains.
• Lead architectural design of complex, cross-functional platform solutions that are secure, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Solve large-scale, ambiguous platform challenges through deep technical exploration and innovation.
• Establish engineering best practices, author design documents and RFCs, and drive engineering excellence.
