Job Description Summary
The Senior Manager, Communications & Change Management leads strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change initiatives that enable successful adoption of digital transformation programs across the India Southwest Asia (INSWA), Japan & South Korea (JSK), and Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) regions. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, Product teams, HR, and Global Digital Services, ensuring transformation initiatives are effectively communicated, understood, and embedded within business operations and culture.
