Accountabilities:




The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for managing, supporting, and improving enterprise infrastructure services while ensuring availability, security, and operational excellence across multiple environments.
Administer and maintain Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, PKI, and Group Policy.
Manage access platforms and enterprise services, including collaboration tools, application environments, monitoring, backup systems, and cloud services.
Support and maintain VDI and terminal server environments, ensuring system performance, patching, documentation, and reliability.
Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels while participating in operational support activities.
Contribute to infrastructure modernization projects, including domain migrations, VDI platform transitions, server upgrades, and legacy
