About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented Senior Leader to join the Strategy & Programs team within Salesforce Professional Services' Global Delivery Centers (GDC). This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of Business strategy,
Program Management, and Talent Strategy — driving the GDC's evolution into a high-performing, future-ready delivery organization.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in professional services strategy, global operating models, and program execution, with a passion for building capability at scale. You will partner closely with GDC leadership, delivery leaders, and global PS stakeholders to shape and execute the strategic agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation
Define and drive the multi-year strategic roadmap for the GDC in partnership with the VP/SVP of Global Delivery and PS leadership
Translate the Qualified Services business strategy into GDC-specific priorities, operational plans, and measurable outcomes
Lead strategic planning cycles (annual operating plan, quarterly business reviews) ensuring alignment across GDC Practices
Monitor industry trends in professional services deli
