About the Role
We are looking for a Business Application Administrator with strong Salesforce administration experience to support and enhance our internal business applications.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the overall health and reliability of the platform.
This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with business stakeholders, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to release readiness, quality assurance, and continuous platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and enhance Salesforce using declarative configuration, with a strong focus on Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, and automation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support requests by triaging, investigating, and resolving business issues.
